Jerry Covella is a certified Master Coach, a DISC Certified Practitioner and an award-winning former journalist. He founded Clarity Partners Coaching Network and coaches business owners, leaders and teams from Vineland, New Jersey and Bonita Springs, Florida, in person and virtually.

How Jerry coaches

Every engagement starts with measurement. Jerry uses 28 proprietary assessments from the Clarity Partners Assessment Center (CPAC), covering leadership and culture, business performance, sales and growth, people and teams, financial strategy, and innovation. The results pinpoint the one or two issues costing the business the most. Jerry then coaches the owner through a 90-day plan and re-measures to confirm the change.
